EventBoxed privacy policy
EventBoxed is a brand operated by ProVia Inc. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse, request a quote, place an order, or contact us.
Information we collect
We collect the event, venue, delivery, contact, organization, guest-count, dietary, service, and acknowledgement information you submit. We also receive order and payment status, Stripe identifiers, referral attribution, landing page, referrer, and UTM fields. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to calculate quotes, validate eligibility, process checkout, prevent duplicate payment handling, coordinate suppliers and delivery, create paid-order fulfillment work, communicate with you, maintain audit records, support the service, and understand acquisition performance. Unverified UTM or referrer data cannot change pricing, consent, payment, or fulfillment.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, security, payments, email, operational work management, analytics, databases, and delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain records only as reasonably needed for ordering, fulfillment, accounting, legal, dispute, security, and operational purposes. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You can limit marketing parameters by avoiding tagged links or clearing browser storage; essential order information is still required to provide the service.
